Shipping
Upon receiving your order, we will begin processing it which takes on average 1-2 business days. Your product will then be shipped out, and a tracking number will be available at your account. Shipping takes 5-8 business days. Shipping is made via EMS.
Returns
All returns & exchanges must be requested within 5 days of the date the package was delivered.
For return/exchange, the products must be in brand new condition as received, with the original box they came with without any tape or marks on the box. If the products are defective after being worn, then please contact the manufacturer to get a replacement.
Please submit your return request by email to servicer-onliner@hotmail.com with the information requested below by simply copying and pasting the info requested and include them in the email you are sending and we will send you the details on how to send the Nike Air Max back for refund or exchange. As usual we will reply your email in 1-3 hours.
Returns and exchanges packages sending back must be post marked within 14 days from when your request has been approved.
Buyer pays for shipping back to www.sportsairmax.com in original condition & packaging. After inspection we will credit your paypal acct in the amount the buyer paid for the products less standard shipping & handling fee. For all free shipping items, shipping & handling fee will be retained to cover shipping charge.
